<h3>Return Window</h3>
<ul>
<li>Returns accepted within <strong>30 days</strong> of delivery.</li>
<li>Items must be <strong>unused, unwashed, unaltered</strong>, and in original packaging with tags.</li>

<h3>How to Start a Return</h3>

<li>We’ll send return instructions and (if applicable) a return label.</li>

<h3>Exchanges</h3>
<p>Want a different size or color? Start a return as above and choose <em>Exchange</em>. Stock is not guaranteed until processed.</p>
<h3>Damaged / Misprinted Items</h3>
<p>If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within <strong>7 days</strong> of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it at no cost.</p>
<h3>Non-Returnable Items</h3>
<ul>
<li>Final sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products.</li>
<li>Normal wear and tear after use.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Return Shipping</h3>
<ul>
<li>Canada/US: customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.</li>
<li>International: customer pays return shipping and any duties/taxes are non-refundable.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you and issue a refund to your original payment method (processing time 3–10 business days depending on your bank).</p>
<h3>Late or Missing Refunds</h3>
<p>If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, contact your bank/credit card first, then email us at <a href="mailto:support@exaltactive.com">support@exaltactive.com</a>.</p>
