<p>Timelines may extend during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.</p>

  <li>Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.</li>

<p>You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Items in the same order may ship separately.</p>

<p>International orders may incur customs fees determined by your local customs office. These are the customer’s responsibility.</p>

<h3>Wrong Address / Undeliverable</h3>
<p>If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship to an updated address at the customer’s cost.</p>
